HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an HR Generalist to cover the entire spectrum of personnel management and actively contribute to the success of the company.

In Short

• Support and advise employees on all HR-related questions
• Conduct the entire recruiting process from job posting to onboarding
• Manage personnel administration and maintain HR systems
• Support personnel development, training, and succession planning
• Participate in the design and implementation of HR projects and strategies
• Act as a point of contact for managers and employees on labor law issues

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree in HR, business administration, or comparable
• Several years of experience in HR, ideally as a generalist
• Knowledge of labor law and proficiency with HR software
• Strong communication skills, discretion, and empathy
• Structured, independent working style and ability to work in a team
