Overview

The HR Generalist plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and talent management across our multi-location eyecare organization. This role requires a proactive and hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced and people-centered environment.

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations by investigating complaints and recommending solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist or specialist role.
• Working knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
