HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

LINK is actively seeking an HR Generalist to support and enhance our growing team. You’ll be a key partner in the day-to-day administration of HR processes, ensuring smooth and people-centered operations across the full employee lifecycle.

In Short

• Support onboarding, compliance, benefits coordination, and employee experience.
• Manage key HR functions including recruiting and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and manage contractor documentation.
• Support benefits administration and respond to inquiries.
• Use Greenhouse ATS for managing applicant flow and scheduling.
• Partner with leadership on employee relations and performance processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
• Drive internal communications and culture-building initiatives.
• Full-time position with some travel required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and compliance best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information.
