LINK is actively seeking a Motion Graphic Video Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Graphic Video Designer at LINK, you will play a key role in transforming complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories using design, animation, and interactive media. You’ll collaborate closely with a cross functional team to create high-quality videos, infographics, and prototypes that effectively communicate both data and abstract concepts across print and digital formats. This position supports our government and commercial clients by applying human-centered design and storytelling principles to deliver impactful visual solutions aligned with their goals.

In Short

• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to develop clear, compelling visual stories
• Design and animate visual assets for a range of motion graphics and video projects
• Create storyboards and support script development
• Apply principles of design, animation, and color theory
• Create infographics and presentations to communicate ideas
• Source, edit, and integrate audio elements
• Edit and integrate live-action video footage with animated elements
• Manage project files and assets
• Stay current on motion design trends and techniques
• Work within established brand guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Film/Videography, Animation, Communications, or a related field
• 7–10 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role
• Strong skills in graphic design, illustration, and 2D/3D modeling and animation
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Cinema 4D and Final Cut Pro
• Deep expertise in information design
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable with ambiguity and guiding clients
