In Short

• Champion our culture, company mission, purpose and values to all team members.
• Assume ownership of the new hire onboarding experience.
• Manage employee swag including ordering and inventory.
• Maintain digital files for employees and their documents.
• Conduct rotating employee check-ins.
• Main point of contact for non-manager employees.
• Back-up for payroll processing.
• Support compliance with regulatory annual filings.
• Ensure required posters are posted onsite.
• Manage employee leaves, accommodation requests, and grievances.

Requirements

• 2+ years of US/California HR experience required.
• 2+ years of experience onboarding new hires.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong relationship building and networking skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with confidence.
