HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This position will provide HR management, administration and support to our growing company.

In Short

• Maintain HRIS system (BambooHR considered an asset)
• Administration of employee benefits
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Oversee performance management cycles
• Update HR Policies and ensure compliance
• Maintain and manage training
• Support recruitment efforts
• Drive staff engagement activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR support role
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to confidentiality
