HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

The HR Generalist will play a foundational role in helping support and scale our people operations at Cerbo, a healthcare SaaS company.

In Short

• Coordinate employee experience programs and engagement touchpoints.
• Support recruitment efforts including job postings and candidate communication.
• Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
• Support and own the employee onboarding and offboarding experience.
• Assist with benefits administration and monitor leave of absence requests.
• Promote adoption of EOS across the organization.
• Work closely with the Head of People to build HR programs.
• Make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in talent acquisition.
• Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience with Gusto and Lattice is a plus.
• Experience supporting a distributed workforce across multiple states.
