In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of Super Intelligence HPC Support Engineers.
• Manage high-visibility incidents and escalations with hyperscale customers.
• Advocate for customer needs in product discussions.
• Guide the team through major incidents with effective communication.
• Refine support processes tailored to hyperscale environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Center teams.
• Monitor team performance and drive improvements in customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot complex issues as needed.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical support or engineering teams.
• Strong skills in managing customer escalations.
• Deep expertise in HPC environments and Linux administration.
• Ability to guide engineers through troubleshooting at scale.
• Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills.
