Overview

The Market Intelligence Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting various teams by conducting analyses of the competitive landscape and overseeing feedback loops to inform strategic decisions.

• Lead strategic competitive intelligence efforts
• Manage and curate the competitive intelligence repository
• Develop concise intelligence digests
• Manage SLAs for timely collection of intelligence resources
• Advise sales and client success teams on competitive threats
• Drive development of strategic market research plans
• Lead analysis and interpretation of research findings
• Own vendor management for research projects
• Maintain DailyPay’s win/loss program
• Effectively communicate research findings to key stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
• Experience delivering process improvement strategies
• Experience managing research operations
• Experience in structured and unstructured research methods
• Experience working in Klue or similar CI tool
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and project management skills
• Experience with data sets in Excel
• Ability to deliver impactful content through PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
