Overview

You’ll join the Research & Insights team as a Social Intelligence Manager. Using your experience and skills you will champion the use of social analytical capabilities to enhance the insights we deliver to our clients.

Requirements

  • Expertise in social listening and analytical techniques.
  • Experience with tools like BrandWatch, Tagger, and Pulsar.
  • Knowledge in influencer and partnership identification.
  • Ability to evaluate campaigns and understand brand landscapes.
  • Experience in primary research techniques.
  • Familiarity with planning tools like GWI or TGI.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights.
  • Team player with collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model.
  • Empathy and understanding of consumer behavior.
