In Short

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of HPC Support Engineers.
• Ensure high-quality support for Lambda’s customers.
• Own customer escalations and incidents.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams.
• Stay current on HPC and NVIDIA technologies.
• Develop and refine support processes.
• Monitor and report on team performance.
• Manage team schedules for 24/7 coverage.
• Participate in troubleshooting and case resolution.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical support or engineering teams.
• Skilled at managing escalations and critical situations.
• Strong knowledge of HPC clusters and troubleshooting.
• Advanced Linux administration skills.
• Proficient in motivating teams and developing engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Accountable and action-oriented mindset.
