As part of the PocketHealth team, you will enable hospitals and clinics across North America to discover a better healthcare experience, impacting the future of healthcare.

• Manage and coordinate full-cycle recruitment for various roles.
• Partner with hiring managers for a high-quality candidate experience.
• Lead new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Support day-to-day HR operations as a contact for employee questions.
• Assist with employee lifecycle processes like contract updates and offboarding.
• Maintain HR systems ensuring accurate employee data.
• Contribute to HR initiatives like engagement surveys and policy updates.
• Support other HR needs as they arise.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of HR experience, including recruitment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong communicator with relationship-building skills.
• Curious and eager to learn to improve processes.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Comfortable using or learning HRIS tools like HiBob.
• Growth mindset with a flexible, problem-solving approach.
