InEvent is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide support to employees with HR-related matters, focusing on building a hiring pipeline process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR experience focusing on employee relations.
• Experience with HRIS.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Experience in hiring processes.
• Creative thinking for employer branding initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Resilient with a willingness to learn.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Must have a personal notebook and mobile device.
