Overview

The Customer Success Intern position is part of the Graduate Take-off Program at InEvent, designed for recent graduates to gain practical experience in the tech industry while supporting clients and developing essential skills.

In Short

  • Fully remote internship program for recent graduates.
  • 40 hours per week commitment.
  • Support clients via chat, email, and virtual calls.
  • Meet customer service KPIs for response time and satisfaction.
  • Identify and report customer issues to development team.

  • Become a subject matter expert on InEvent products.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
  • Experience in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Outstanding communication skills and empathy.
  • Flexibility to serve multicultural customers.
  • Resilience and eagerness to learn in a startup environment.
