Overview

The HR Generalist will partner with the HR team to support the daily operations of the global HR department, enhancing HR processes and employee experience.

• Manage employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in various HR projects with the global HR team.
• Administer the leave of absence process globally.
• Coordinate and implement HR process audits and improvements.
• Support company meetings and employee activities.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Organize and audit employee file documentation.
• Perform orientations and new hire check-ins.
• Draft and format HR-related documents.

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
• Minimum of three years HR experience in a global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
