Vice President of Finance - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Vice President of Finance to lead enterprise financial operations, reporting, and systems in a growing, multi-site organization.

In Short

• Own financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls
• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financials
• Provide financial insights and analyses to support strategic decisions
• Support mergers & acquisitions, including diligence and integration
• Manage liquidity, cash forecasting, and working capital
• Oversee enterprise A/R performance, aging, and cash collections
• Lead the AP function, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of accounting and financial systems
• Drive system automation, reporting consistency, and data accuracy
• Executive-level impact in a growing, mission-driven organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA and/or MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
• Proven experience overseeing accounting operations, AR, AP, and financial reporting
• Experience in healthcare, multi-site environments, or PE-backed organizations preferred
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle, working capital management, and financial systems
• Experience supporting M&A and scaling finance functions
• Hands-on leader with a strategic mindset and strong execution skills
