In Short

• Oversee the employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding
• Assist with job description creation, updates, and market research for compensation
• Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates and screening candidates
• Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and company policies
• Manage payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of payroll data
• Administer employee benefits and pension through EPS in accordance with Colombia law
• First point of contact for employee questions
• Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives
• Proactively communicate policy updates and schedule training sessions
• Maintain accurate HR records and conduct compliance audits

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Colombian labor laws
• Experience in HR functions
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage payroll and benefits administration
• Experience with employee relations
• Knowledge of performance management processes
• Proficiency in HR software and record-keeping
• Ability to work collaboratively with management
• Attention to detail and compliance
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding
