Overview

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will be an ambassador for a company known for its high customer satisfaction, assisting clients with support-related issues and ensuring a seamless experience in buying and selling homes.

In Short

  • Assist users with support related issues including order entry and ticket research.
  • Handle support ticket inquiries from clients and vendors.
  • Communicate regularly with the support team to discuss problems and solutions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Answer incoming client calls and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
  • This is a full-time remote position.
  • Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
  • Occasional evening work may be required.
  • Participate in an online assessment as part of the interview process.
  • Engage in a 1-on-1 phone screening and a video call interview.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with customer support systems, preferably Zendesk.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings as needed.
