In Short

  • Execute our sales strategy and initiate contact with potential customers.
  • Identify needs and sell appropriate services to meet those needs.
  • Create and build client relationships to obtain new business.
  • Assist in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients.
  • Participate in pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, and client presentations.
  • Reach or exceed sales goals.
  • Represent PropLogix at real estate events and trade shows.
  • Generate new customers through leads and cold calling.
  • Establish and maintain new client relationships.
  • Participate in-office visits.

Requirements

  • This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
  • No supervisory responsibilities currently.
  • Responsible for any management tasks delegated by your direct supervisor.
