Overview

The Client Experience Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service related to HR Performance Solutions software applications, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.

In Short

  • Fully remote position available in select states.
  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
  • Provide solutions to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Document client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Test software applications for defects and communicate findings.
  • Contribute to product documentation and knowledge base.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and management.
  • Strong emphasis on customer service skills and teamwork.
  • Qualifications include a high school diploma and customer service experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Preferred experience in financial services or HR.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • College training in business or related fields is a plus.
