Mid to Senior Graphic Designer (Static and Motion) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Mid to Senior Level Graphic Designer to join our growing team at LevelUp, where we believe growth happens when people feel trusted, supported, and challenged.

In Short

• Design and produce static graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and internal projects.
• Ensure all visuals are consistent with brand identity and visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing/content team to translate ideas and briefs into engaging designs.
• Adapt creative assets for various digital and print formats.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality static design work.
• E-commerce design experience is required.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
• Ability to work independently and manage feedback constructively.
