Senior Motion Graphic Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Motion Graphic Designer to help us build and evolve the Toptal brand. As part of the Video and Photography team within Marketing, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact among a group of highly collaborative and smart colleagues who deeply value innovation and quality.

In Short

• Develop motion-based creative for digital marketing and internal communications.
• Collaborate with Designers, Marketing Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Conceptualize and implement design ideas quickly.
• Utilize visual storytelling skills to inspire and motivate.
• Provide creative insights for innovative projects.
• Consult with outside animation vendors and studios.
• Work within existing motion templates and create new ones.
• Iterate work based on feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Lead motion design aspects of large-scale marketing initiatives.
• Establish a reputation as a creative motion design expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10 years of professional experience in motion graphics.
• Dynamic portfolio showcasing brand expression through motion.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects.
• Proven 2D and 3D animation experience.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Figma, and Frame.io.
• Highly collaborative and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
