Remote HR Generalist

Overview

Extenteam is looking for a highly organized and people-oriented Remote HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of human resources functions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring strong employee relations, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting HR operations.

In Short

• Conduct monthly catch-up calls with assigned dedicated team members (DTM).
• Monitor DTM morale, engagement, satisfaction, and develop strategies for retention.
• Provide support in HR-related topics, such as compensation or benefits.
• Conduct performance reviews and exit interviews.
• Prepare official internal documents and maintain HR-related information.
• Create employee engagement plans and initiate activities.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 5 years of HR experience, preferably in employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work night-shift aligned with U.S. time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Experience supporting remote teams is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions including employee engagement and benefits administration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting HR metrics.
