Overview

Extenteam is seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and maintaining relationships with partners.

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting activities effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and CEO.
• Prepare and post job advertisements.
• Contribute to process improvements in recruitment.
• Assist in updating the corporate recruitment tracker.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of excellence.
• Work closely with the recruitment team for seamless talent management.
• Must be located within Metro Manila or Greater NCR only.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Knowledgeable with ATS or other HRIS tools.
• Proficient with job boards like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and Indeed.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies.
• Proactive mindset focused on process improvement.
• Keen attention to details.
• Willing to work NIGHT SHIFT ONLY.
