• Prepare and post job advertisements following partner requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements in recruitment tools and policies.
• Assist in updating the corporate recruitment tracker.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of excellence in recruiting.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless talent management process.
