Training Coordinator - Remote Role

Overview

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive training programs for our dedicated team members. This role will focus on creating engaging and effective training content that equips our team members with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles serving our partners in the vacation rental and property management industry.

• Design and develop training curriculum and materials for various roles within Extenteam.
• Create engaging multimedia training content including videos and interactive modules.
• Manage and administer the Google Classroom learning management system.
• Migrate existing training content from Talent LMS to Google Classroom.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs.
• Develop industry-specific training modules.
• Create and maintain a library of standardized training materials.
• Track training completion and effectiveness through reporting.
• Conduct periodic training needs assessments.
• Support onboarding specialists and HR team with training-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional design, HR, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in training development or instructional design.
• Proficiency with Google Classroom and Google Workspace.
• Experience creating engaging video content for training.
• Strong skills in content creation using multimedia tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
