Recruitment Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring needs. The main responsibility is to source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various open positions. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience looking for flexible or remote work.

In Short

• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone or video interviews
• Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS/CRM)
• Assist in writing and posting job ads on relevant platforms
• Communicate with candidates professionally and provide timely updates

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing (in-house or agency)
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job portals
• Ability to screen candidates effectively based on job requirements
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Experience using ATS or recruitment tools is a plus
• Prior experience recruiting for multiple industries or roles is an advantage
