• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage.
• Source and headhunt candidates internationally through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, forums, and industry networks.
• Screen CVs and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct interviews and provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly and supporting candidates throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create clear job descriptions.
• Keep recruitment processes organized, efficient, and candidate-focused.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, especially in Gaming, Tech, or Creative fields.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Experience in conducting interviews and providing feedback.
