• Work in partnership with the recruitment manager and other internal managers.
• Act as a subject matter expert for recruitment.

• Responsible for high volume candidate recruiting.
• Must be willing to work the night shift.
• Experience using Workable preferred.
• Network with potential hires through social media.
• Analyze hiring trends and recruitment software.
• Guide candidates through the application process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter for U.S. hires.
• Experience recruiting high volume candidates (100 per month).
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience hiring educators preferred.
• Experience expanding recruitment initiatives preferred.
