Special Education Specialist (Night Shift) - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Onboard tutors and prepare them for their first sessions.
• Coach on Special Education strategies and implement IEP/504 accommodations.
• Build resources such as SPED Toolkits and sample lessons.
• Run professional development and coaching sessions.
• Enable educational technology and manage a Virtual Resource Hub.
• Provide support systems for tutors, families, and schools.
• Ensure quality assurance by reviewing lesson plans.
• Use assessments to set goals and track progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Special Education or related field with 3+ years of K–12 SPED experience.
• Proven coaching and professional development facilitation skills.
• Expertise in UDL, RTI/MTSS, and accommodations/modifications.
• Data-literate and proficient with Google Workspace and Zoom.
