Requirements

• 2-3 years progressive career growth.
• Experience in virtual operations and team environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication in virtual settings.
• Ability to manage remote teachers.
• Works well with others and builds trust in virtual relationships.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work independently.
