Overview

As an Executive Business Partner at Imagine Pediatrics, you will provide proactive administrative and project support to executive leaders, enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to the mission of improving pediatric health care.

• Coordinate and manage complex schedules and travel arrangements.
• Draft and manage executive correspondence.
• Plan and organize meetings and events.
• Arrange travel logistics and manage expenses.
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Prioritize tasks based on leadership's top priorities.
• Prepare executives for meetings and presentations.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of administrative support experience.
• Experience supporting senior executives preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage competing tasks with urgency.
