Overview

The Director of Physician Recruiting for the Academics Division will advise physician candidates and clients, manage the recruiting process, and drive marketing efforts within the healthcare sector.

• Source and screen physicians through phone calls and emails
• Emphasize opportunity features and prepare candidates for interviews
• Drive Physician Marketing campaign efforts

• Investigate and resolve client concerns

• Make recommendations to clients for successful searches
• Work with schools of medicine and academic institutions
• Provide consistent communication and feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years of Recruiting Experience required
• Sales Experience including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales or Cold Calling
• Consultative sales experience a plus
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
