Overview

The Director, Head of Patient Recruitment will create and drive Immunovant’s global patient recruitment strategy for multiple trials and indications, applying an innovative mindset to oversee all recruitment processes and partners.

• Create and own patient recruitment strategy for trials.
• Collaborate with clinical study teams for recruitment plans.
• Monitor and adjust performance of recruitment campaigns.
• Lead vendor RFPs and make recommendations.
• Oversee a team of 5-6 employees/contractors.

• Communicate findings to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical companies preferred.
• Experience in patient recruitment and project management required.
• Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH, and clinical trial regulations.
• Understanding of clinical trials from protocol writing to reports.
• Experience in complex or rare disease trials is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving skills required.
• Effective team leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with digital and social media tools for recruitment.
