Requirements

• Bachelor's in IT or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in IT leadership roles in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
• In-depth knowledge of quality, clinical, and regulatory processes.
• 5+ years managing Veeva Vault technology.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards.
• Proven track record in leading IT initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
