• Collaborate with external laboratories to direct and troubleshoot formulation processes.
• Develop proprietary ingredients and blends to enhance product efficacy.
• Assist in conceptualizing new products and drafting Product Development Requests.
• Provide technical insights on ingredients and formulations.
• Compose strategic rationales for ingredient selection.
• Oversee R&D testing procedures and associated budgets.
• Coordinate OTC testing for compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage clinical claims testing and budgets.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and maintenance of product files.
• Review formulations for compliance with formulating guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience in R&D within the beauty or skincare industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in cosmetics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
