Senior Director of AI - Remote

Overview

As the Sr. Director, AI, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for productizing and scaling AI solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements. This role will require deep technical expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and emerging AI trends while maintaining a focus on building agentic workflows and delivering business impact. The ideal candidate will have product management experience, be proficient in Python, and have a track record of leading technical teams in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Active Top-Secret security clearance or ability to obtain.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI and machine learning.
• Expertise in Python and key libraries.
• Hands-on experience with open-source libraries.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with cloud-native AI/ML services.
• Knowledge of advanced algorithms.
• Proven track record in operationalizing AI models.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
