As the Senior Director of HR at Consensus, you will play a critical role in shaping and advancing our culture of hyper-alignment and high performance while leading all facets of the employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Director position.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS preferred.
