In Short

• Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
• Collaborate with Fiverr’s HR team while maintaining AutoDS’s startup culture.
• Build & manage HR processes in a multicultural global environment.
• Improve performance management, feedback, and career growth frameworks.
• Lead employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Own HR analytics and deliver insights to inform leadership decisions.
• Oversee office environment and relocation projects.
• Manage and support the current HR team focused on scaling.
• Ensure a smooth, values-driven candidate experience.
• Define and track hiring plans with department leads.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of progressive HR experience, including in fast-growing startups.
• Track record of building HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience as a business partner to leadership with strong influence.
• Comfortable managing stakeholders in larger parent organizations.
• Hands-on mindset: Enjoy building, doing, and iterating.
• Deep understanding of Israeli labor law and global HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
