Overview

MSPbots is seeking an experienced Director of HR with a deep understanding of both local and international labor laws and HR practices. This role requires a professional capable of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and support our global operations.

• Lead the HR Team comprising a manager and recruiters.
• Develop strategic HR initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Provide expert advice on organizational structure and design.
• Offer guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Design and deliver training on HR best practices.
• Assist in developing compensation and benefits packages.
• Support integration of HR technology solutions.
• Occasional international travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s or HR certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of HR managerial experience with international exposure.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience in organizational development and strategic HR planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work weekends if needed.
• Occasional international travel may be required.
