Overview

MSPbots is hiring an Asset Product Management Team Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of client-facing assets that drive measurable business outcomes for MSPs.

In Short

• Lead the strategy and execution of dashboards, widgets, bots, and reports.
• Conduct user interviews and surveys to uncover pain points.
• Develop personas and usage scenarios for asset design.
• Build relationships with key clients for feedback and product adoption.
• Lead a team of Asset Product Managers in rapid prototyping.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for Go-to-Market strategies.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maximize client ROI through data-backed decisions.
• 5+ years in Product Management, with experience in SaaS.
• Excellent communication skills to present to executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, with 2+ years leading SaaS teams.
• Experience in user research and building client personas.
• Strong ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Familiarity with product tools like Jira and UserPilot.
• Excellent communicator with clients and stakeholders.
• Background in MSP, SaaS, or data analytics is a plus.
• Passion for GenAI and workflow automation.
