Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Service Coordinator to bridge the communication gap between our operations and development teams. This role is crucial for addressing complex client escalations, ensuring smooth interactions, and fostering a collaborative environment to resolve issues promptly.

In Short

  • Act as the primary point of contact for complex client escalations.
  • Analyze system logs and perform detailed troubleshooting.
  • Facilitate communication between operations and development teams.
  • Identify patterns in escalations to propose improvements.
  • Provide in-depth technical support to clients.
  • Document and maintain escalated workflows.
  • Coordinate and manage tasks related to client escalations.
  • Support the rollout of software updates.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in project coordination or technical support.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and software troubleshooting.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM and ticketing systems like Jira or Zendesk.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations.
