In Short

• Responsible for ROW clinical site oversight and execution of clinical trials.
• Develop clinical site strategy including resourcing and budgeting.
• Lead a team of Site Relationship Managers for efficient study execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Partner with internal teams for strategic input in clinical development.
• Establish key performance indicators for site engagement.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor team members across ROW.
• Collaborate with Patient Advocacy for patient recruitment strategies.
• Participate in vendor selection processes.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and site investigators.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Life Sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, with 10+ years in clinical leadership.
• PMP certification is a strong plus.
• Global experience across all phases of clinical research.
• Knowledge of ICH and GCP regulations.
• Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems.
• Direct supervisory experience required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Dedication to delivering quality results.
