In Short

• Lead the IT operations team, including system administrators, network engineers, MSPs, and support staff.
• Establish and maintain IT service management (ITSM) processes.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency.
• Ensure security, integrity, and availability of data.
• Oversee IT infrastructure design and maintenance.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure.
• Manage telecommunications infrastructure.
• Drive integration between IT systems and business processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of IT leadership experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Experience in regulated environments (biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare).
• Knowledge of GxP and HIPAA is highly desired.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
