Requirements

• 12+ years in IT service management and infrastructure leadership
• Experience in scaling IT operations in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and IT governance
• Experienced in budgeting and cost optimization
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Curiosity about emerging technologies like AI
