Overview

The Senior Director, Clinical Risk Management & Patient Relations will provide strategic and operational leadership to Banner Health’s teams responsible for clinical risk management team and patient relations, collaborating with quality and patient safety.

Requirements

• Experience in budget management.
• Ability to develop strategic goals.
• Relevant certifications may be required.
• Proven track record of improving patient relations.
• Experience with healthcare professional liability claims is preferred.
