The IT Population Health Solutions Analyst I position at Banner Health involves providing expertise in Health Plan processes and participating in the formulation of system scope and objectives to support the healthcare leader. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
• Five or more years of IT experience in healthcare.
• Experience within Population Health Organization.
• Knowledge of healthcare plans (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial).
• Experience in implementation/support of Population Health systems.
• General knowledge of value-based care concepts.
• Experience interacting with healthcare providers and payors.
• Preferred additional related education/experience.
