The Patient Financial Services Representative coordinates and facilitates patient billing and collection activities, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for services.

Requirements

• Knowledge of patient financial services and insurance processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office software.
• Preferred experience with company systems and cash collections.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Strong analytical skills for researching accounts.
