Complete Care Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Complete Care Specialist will work with Banner Plans & Networks to ensure compliance with Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System requirements for children's behavioral health, engaging in project management and community partnerships.

In Short

• Work primarily remote with some community events.
• Responsible for 6-8 special populations and/or AHCCCS initiatives.
• Engage in project management, strategic planning, and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement systems of care for members.
• Provide training and support for AHCCCS Complete Care Members.
• Track and analyze individual member outcomes.
• Attend meetings as a representative for the Complete Care team.
• Develop collaborative protocols with healthcare plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or relevant field.
• Four plus years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in Arizona Medicaid (AHCCCS) preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
