IT Solutions Analyst - Remote

Overview

BRG seeks a full-time, experienced IT Solutions Analyst. The IT Solutions Analyst will report directly to the Manager of Expert IT Solutions. The candidate must be very flexible and highly committed to quality, customer service, teamwork, and supporting firm and department goals in a fast-paced environment. The IT Solutions Analyst is responsible for accessing, designing and implementing cloud-based solutions to meet specific business needs, including selecting appropriate services, optimizing architecture, ensuring security and compliance, and providing ongoing support to maximize the benefits of cloud technology; essentially bridging the gap between business requirements and technical capabilities.

• Work with customers to analyze and understand business and technical needs.
• Manage multiple projects focusing on Expert Solution Delivery.
• Assess business requirements and design IT solutions.
• Provide cost and performance estimates.
• Collaborate with internal IT staff and external vendors.
• Document architecture and train others.
• Onboard SaaS solutions including requirements gathering and implementation.
• Monitor and analyze cloud service performance.
• Troubleshoot issues related to cloud architecture.
• Assist with the development of cloud strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 5+ years relevant business experience.
• Expertise in implementing and maintaining cloud platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Preferred certifications in Azure and AWS.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Machines and Blob Storage.
• Experience with AWS equivalents.
• Knowledge of data platforms and visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
